I was just curious as to how you started working as a freelance storyboard artist for cartoon network? I'm interested in working as an animation storyboard artist, but I have no idea how to get into the industry.
Aiozech, Thanks. I went to calarts. after I finished school I took a storyboard test for the regular show and got a job. Its good to know what studios are looking for. You could make a storyboard portfolio, there are several criteria that should be in there. You could email the recruitment departments at different studios and ask what they are looking for. Things like clear staging and acting are a plus. And looking at different examples of storyboards on the internet, books, etc... hope that helps!
